Owner

Eric Inostroza - on his knees, on the finish.

[OWNER BACKSTORY - replace with what the owner says on the call: years installing floors before founding the business, where they came up, why they started their own. ~2 sentences.]

What I tell every new hire: the floor is won or lost in the prep. You get one chance to flatten the subfloor, one chance to fix the squeaks and soft spots, one chance to let the wood acclimate. If the crew skips the moisture check to make the next job, the floor tells on them in 6 months.

We don't sub the labor. We don't lay flooring over a subfloor we never checked. We prep the subfloor, we install the floor, we come back to walk it with you. That's the whole pitch.

Equipment

The prep does most of the talking.

Most cheap floor jobs fail for one reason: the subfloor was never properly prepped. Anyone can snap planks together, but over an unlevel, squeaky, or damp subfloor the floor never sits right - it gaps, lifts, and squeaks within a year or two.

We run moisture meters, laser levels, belt and drum sanders, and dust-containment vacuums on every job. Living rooms, stairs, whole-home installs, and refinishing projects all get the same careful prep, no shortcuts, no mess left behind.

Moisture meter

Subfloor check

We test the subfloor for moisture and level so the new floor sits flat and stays put. Squeaks and soft spots fixed first.

Drum sander

Refinishing

Even, dust-contained sanding to bring tired hardwood back to bare wood for a fresh stain and finish.

Install crew

In-house, not subbed

Installers, sanders, and finish carpenters on payroll. Same hands every floor.

How we work

Three rules we don't break.

01

Same crew, same floor.

The names you meet on the estimate are the names on-site for the install. No subcontracted installers, no day-labor handed a roller for the first time.

02

Quote in writing, before work.

Every scope is written down - sqft, material and species, subfloor prep, trim and transitions, stain and finish, and timeline. No surprises mid-install. No change orders unless the scope actually changed.

03

Workmanship guaranteed.

If an install or finish defect shows up within the warranty window, we come back and fix it. That's not a marketing line - it's in the written quote.
