What we don't do

A short list, on purpose.

We install and refinish wood, vinyl, and laminate floors. We don't lay carpet, set ceramic tile, or pour concrete. If the project needs those trades, we'll point you to the people we trust, but you won't see them on our quote.

  • No carpet
    We install hard-surface floors, not carpet or pad.
  • No ceramic tile
    Wood, vinyl, and laminate only, not tile or stone setting.
  • No install over bad subfloor
    We don't lay floor over an uneven or wet base. Prep is non-negotiable.
  • No skipping acclimation
    Wood sits in your home first. We don't rush it down and hope.
  • No ignoring moisture
    If the subfloor reads wet, we fix it first, not install and hope.
