Bring tired floors back

Floor
Refinishing &
Restoration.

Worn, scratched, or dated hardwood gets sanded to bare wood, repaired, restained, and resealed, often for a fraction of the cost of replacement.

When to refinish instead of replace

If the wood is sound, you sand it, you don't tear it out.

Solid hardwood can usually be sanded and refinished several times over its life. If the boards are sound and there is enough wear layer left, refinishing brings back a floor that looks brand new without the cost and disruption of a full tear-out.

We sand down to bare wood with drum and edge sanders, screen between passes for a flat, scratch-free surface, then replace damaged boards and fill gaps as needed. You pick the stain color from samples on your actual wood, and we seal it with durable polyurethane and walk you through the cure and re-use timeline.
